If I could give less than 1 star I would ! Avoid this company! I have no idea how they are still allowed to operate . I have been trapped in a subscription since October 2023! I thought after 12 months I could cancel . Instead I’ve been told that I would have to pay a penalty fee of £98 . There’s never anyone who can help apart from an online chat assistant who keeps referring me to the terms and asking if that’s solved my issue !!! I have been charged £19.97 every month for over 2 years for a service that I hardly use and can’t get out of !
