Very bad experience and with more bad experience with many customers Macy's will announce for bankruptcy because of their employees..The employees at Macy's who work on receiving and preparing online customer orders are the ones who control the orders by processing them or rejecting them under the pretext that the items are not available in stock!!!!If the customer got top brand with big discount they will send email that the item out of stuck and then they will take it to their personal business ( under table business, own business )But in reality the item was already there and available when the customer purchased it.This is how Macy's employees handle customers' online orders when discounts are very high on brands like Polo Ralph Lauren, Lacoste, Boss, Hugo Boss, etc......For this reason, some companies declare bankruptcy because some employees betray the company they work for in favor of their own project by purchasing these items and then selling them through online marketplace, shopping site again at high prices to achieve profits at the expense of the company. Therefore, customers will think about purchasing from another website or store because they did not get the prices or discounts that the site advertises, and they consider them false and lacking in credibility.Therefore, the owners of Macy's must review the employees responsible for receiving and processing online customer orders, monitor them closely, and investigate through a special team that acts as supervisors of these employees to ensure that customer orders are met within policy and in the company's interest only.I hope these will stop 🛑 at Macy's
