Placed clothing order on May 4 for business attire needed for trip beginning May 21. One of 2 items arrived perfectly on time and I'm pleased with look and fit. Other item to be shipped separately. Fine. To arrive May 10. Still fine. On May 17 I realized I was running out of time and gave up waiting. Bought similar item at Belk for HALF the price. Macy's won't cancel their order because, they say, it has shipped. But info at tracking number says it has NOT shipped and estimated arrival date is still May 10...which was 9 days ago. Called, couldn't get through to a human. Chatted with an IDIOT, probably a bot, no luck. Worthless customer service!
