This company is the worse when buying…

This company is the worse when buying furniture. See been dealing with them since May of last year. Their customers is super rude and the company they use for delivery is worse. Today we were suppose to receive new couches since the first one we bought were broken and it’s been an hours since they said they were going to deliver and we still haven’t received our Couches. We spoke with one rep over the phone and not only won’t she get us a supervisor but she said we will have to wait 3 days to get a response with no explanation on why they said they were going to deliver today but have no clue where our Couches are. Unbelievable.
