On Monday September 13th 2021 I was at Macy's Menlo Park store to return a pair of slippers that I had ordered through the mail. I am a senior citizen and although shopped at Macy's many times before, I felt overwhelmed by the looks of a very large and beautiful store. Every associate that I stopped to help me was very courteous and pleasant. Even when I needed to use the escalator I froze and a very nice customer held my hand and escorted me up the escalator. Needing help to find where I could return my slippers I asked another friendly associate, and she showed me the way. All the employees were always willing to help and I had no problem returning my slippers. Although I thought I memorized where I had parked I then became disoriented and tired that's when I approached Sharon Conyers, from the Women's Shoe Department, who I would like to recognize as an "Outstanding Employee." I asked her to help me find the exit area where my car was parked. She was very pleasant and we walked for some time and I asked if I could stop and get something to drink. We started to walk again and I asked if I could sit down for a few minutes, I was tired from walking around. We stopped, then we continued to walk around until I recognized the exit I needed.
