I have been on the phone 55:32 minutes so far with Leah from the overseas department (i assume). She took my credit card info to check my exchange item out over the phone but has not been able to do so. Said her system is hanging up. She does not seem to be able to find a supervisor or someone who can help solve the problem. I'm still on the call... I've never in my life experienced such HORRIFIC customer service. At this point I think they are getting paid by the minute to "help"... I'd constitute this as fraud.
