I tried to buy an iron on Macys.com. First the coupon code wouldn't go through, so I chatted with customer service and they fixed that. Then the Maine sales tax was too much. I called customer service and he said that he did see the correct tax being applied, but it didn't show up on my online cart. The correct amount was not going through to Paypal. By the time I'd gone back and forth and back and forth, PayPal blocked me from using Pay in 4 due to suspicious activity! I don't understand why Macy's online cart is such a mess! Or is it just communication to Paypal, I don't know!
