First time shopper and will NEVER return!!!

Would give 0 stars if possible. Horrible customer service. 1st time shopper and will NEVER return. Store could burn down and I'll roast marshmallows over the flames. To start their website states that if you order on a Sunday items ship by Tuesday. Then when placing my order tax stated 5$ but right before giving my CC information, tax jumped to 10$. If I would not have looked I would have never notice the extra charge. Next issue is when I called to inquire why my item has not shipped within the time frame stated by MACY'S and is still "processing" I was told its because of high volume due to the holiday but will be shipped out 12/9/2020. Was not shipped out so I called again on 12/11/2020 inquiring where is my order and again told it will ship out today. I even asked if I could switch it to in-store pick up and was told "it's too late". I received notice at 7:52 AM on 12/12/2020 stating it was just shipped out and I have to wait a week for it. Very disappointed. They took my money right then and there but me (the customer) has to wait or gripe to get anything done. Being a multi-million dollar store, I expected more. WILL NOT REFER ANYONE TO SHOP MACY'S!!!!!
