INFURIATING

Been trying to place an order from abroad but to be shipped within the USA. It has taken 3 hours, being diconnected a thousand times, talked to, possibly, every agent they have in Customer Service, Customer Protection, Credit Dpt and Macy's.com Dept. Used 2 different credit cards, approved on the bank with a call, still I can't get the order and they repeat the same message over and over again: contact your bank. I'm furious!!!! can one no longer purchase something and get even a decent customer service? No one knows what to do and then when I finally get transferrred to the "one that's going to solve it" after I confirm my data fot the umpteenth time I GET DISCONNECTED.
