Macy's needs employees with clear English skills

I ordered an item from Macy's on line. I was alerted to a problem with the order via an email asking me to call a specific number. I called but had to terminate the call after a few minutes due to not being able to understand the person talking to me. Please please hire people who can speak clear english. Very frustrating.
