Macy’s customer service is the worst

Macy’s customer service is the worst. I called about a refund I have not received it’s been 17 days. The rep on the phone was rude and laughed when I told her she was rude. I couldn’t understand her that well so I asked her to repeat herself and she got loud and said like I already told you we refunded you it’s not our fault you haven’t received it yet. I shop at Macy’s often but I refuse to shop there again. The company has truly gone downhill.
