Shame on Macy’s for not having the Customer Service line up and running for help with customers online orders. This is unacceptable for a huge company regardless of the pandemic if they are allowing customers to purchase online orders then someone should be helping out with problems especially if they are sending out notifications that orders are being shipped and customers are not receiving the items ordered. Phone calls can be done remotely SMH with disgust.
