I can see why Macy's is struggling. They are useless. No customer service reps available. Web site tracking does not work. Typing in questions on web site does not work. Items not received can't be cancelled. If Macy's is going to do on line sales, push on line sales, then it needs to have operators available to handle issues. Even if it is to document the issue so it can be dealt with later. Its just taking your money at this point and causing the customer wasted time and future headaches. Absolutely unacceptable business practice.
