I'm an old dog and I would rather struggle with an email provider than switch to a new one. But everyone said MailerLite was a better service for authors, so I finally took the plunge. MailerLite's tutorials are very good, and I was making good progress until I couldn't figure out how to change the size of pictures in the email. I finally emailed MailerLite's customer service late at night, and early the next morning, I had the answer to my question. The email from Aleksandra was friendly and professional, and her answer solved my problem.
