My account got terminated without warning. I had no idea what I had done wrong. As a sole trader of a very small business this was a huge surprise to me. It took me a long time, and a lot of stress, to get to the bottom of why this had happened. I couldn’t get in touch with anyone.I now know what I had done wrong, which was the same as a few colleagues of mine. One of us was allowed back onto the platform but I was not. I’m very disappointed that I was not given another chance to use this platform. I worked a lot to learn how to use it, I have lost a lot of my work, and I have found the customer service very unsatisfactory.
