For instance, you can't directly add WhatsApp user information; it must come through automation. If a user provides incorrect information, you're stuck with it, unable to make corrections.Support is unhelpful and often suggests requesting new features rather than providing immediate solutions.Avoid this company; they are unreliable and untrustworthy.
