Registered for an appointment online, wanted several days for a response. When they called the mayo rep asked what was going on and we had a conversation about my issue. At the end he said they couldn't help me because they didn't accept my insurance. That is OK every were else but there. I live within 50 miles of the facility. He advised me I could go to the New York hospital across the country and maybe they could help. At first I thought he was kidding unreal.
