I had a chat online with Pranav. All I was asking for was a refund as my new McAfee subscription from yesterday 21/06/24 does not allow Windows Update as I am using Windows 8. I lost work yesterday as I could not save it.I tried to contact Window online support but was rejected, no idea why. I am DEAF but Pranav told me to phone for my refund. He has refused to refund me and then closed the chat box. STAY AWAY FROM MCAFEE.I finally got through to the third person who sent me a form for a refund with an sr number. It takes three weeks for a refund.
