Mc Afee Total Package with Safe connection has been unable to protect for about 75% of the time on a 2 year contract. I probably spoke with TECHNICAL SUPPORT about 20 times and had to uninstalled and reinstalled the app 30+ times,as well. Safe connect VPN would randomly disconnect when viewing important information and that's not what i was promised. I do believe John Mc Afee would be very disappointed in what his company is doing.Also, The customer representative offered me one month of service for my 2 years of bad service. I told him to keep it but he refused. Also, He claimed I only had 500MB of VPN protection and I thought it was unlimited but it doesn't matter because protection would still come back on after I tried several times, then shut back off.My laptop even had trouble downloading the service.I feel like I got scammed from this company and their only goal is to make money,not provide a reliable service.My advice is to fully understand what you are getting yourself into and read real reviews from multiple sites.
