I purchased mcafee total protection and it is not fit for purpose, And customer service representative say that you can contact them 24/7 for assistance this is a false declaration I cannot get through to anyone at all there is a problem with the system is not doing the job I have paid for it is showing that I have 2 accounts but I did contact them in 2022 and they said they would sort out the 2 accounts and only use one blocking the other, REDICCULUS now I still have 2 accounts and not one of them work keeps saying that I have been attacked by a virus and trogen and others and I do a fix scan says 6 problem issues Then I click fix and after paying £75 it says account needs renewing before a fix can be carried out I log into my account and it says working and fully covered but I still have warnings of these virus and I have 15 warnings every single time I log on but cannot get through to anyone at mcafee not a single person not even a cleaner after all the you can contact us any time to receive help, someone needs to go and wake them up I am totally fed up with them and if I could get hold of them I would request a refund for not getting the service I paid for disgusting is mild I could say a lot more Maurice Saxby
