Found a few days ago that VPN plus others had turned off but I never got warned about this. I contacted them, they said they would call me regarding this - I confirmed time & date suitable for me, also number to call. Have not called me, I have explained when calling the UK they need to ignore 0 at start of the number which you’d think they’d be wise enough to know. Due to issue I found, thankfully managed to sort it out myself, plus their ignorance I shall cancel the contract before is due to continue & warn my bank. Card No. will change before money due to be withdrawn again (shall not update it on the app). Can occasionally find I have to close VPN to get onto websites, genuine big named ones - so frustrating.
