I'm so busy, and have spent nearly an hour across two phone calls just trying to get a refund. I thought I read it was given was a given if you cancel within the days I tried to cancel it.After waiting and talking for ages, I was offered 50% off. As I pushed for a full refund the phone suddenly cut off. They haven't called back and I don't have 15 minutes to go through that whole process of trying to speak to the right person all over again.For a big company like Macafee I am surprised. If you now refund me and notify me over email, without me having to contact you again, I will delete this post.Danielle Kempson.
