Absolutely pathetic. Never ever again will I sell or buy on this trash site. Someone broke a brand new vest zipper and they ruled in her favor. She threatened me w the works and they did nothing. When she sent the item back she ripped a hole in it. Mercari did nothing. They will be reported to the BBB tomorrow Just to edit: after reading other reviews, the BBB must be infiltrated w complaints on them. Already submitted mine!
