I ordered an item off of Mercari (This is the second time this has happened but the first time it was resolved) where they "shipped" the item USPS with a tracking number. The Item shows in their system as delivered but I never received the item. I have a locked Mail Box so it was not stolen. I personally checked the mail so it isn't lost in my home. And when I put in the tracking code that code is not valid in the USPS system. I shared this with them and they told me that I had to contact the USPS because their system showed it was delivered. Never going to buy anything from Mercari again.
