Despite highly promoted inclusive, caring and modern culture / employee welfare; bullying and harassment from senior staff and managers was evidenced and even after concerns were raised, they simply chose to shut the door and sweep it all under the carpet. Yet another 'public services' debarcle? Leave well alone!
