Working with MindBody has been one of the worst experiences of my life. Their software is appalling and not fit for purpose. I received a hard sell from a guy called Rhett Brewer who lied endlessly about the things this software could do. Prior to using MB, I had used PayPal and MB does little more than PayPal. it has more functions but the set up is so rigid, you cannot flex or adjust anything. Even getting it to accept direct debit payments is a nightmare. Timetabling is a nightmare. It is the greatest case of over-promising and under-delivering I have ever come across. It is also expensive for what it is. There is also a very sinister side to Mindbody. Their software does not allow you to delete any persons data from your system, only de-activate it. So if you get a request from a member to delete their data, Mindbody does not allow this. Under data protection this is illegal but when I told MB they did not care.
