I was initially a little unhappy with some confusion and paying a price I hadn't meant to do. Then I printed off one copy of music and it had many errors in it. I was quite upset. I reached out and spoke to the Support Team, and "Andrew" responded so positively, explaining some things to me I didn't realize and fixing the issue for me. The time he took to reach out to me and help me out made me rethink my feelings. I would have given a 1 star originally and after talking to him, it went up to 4! Thank you.
