An ethical online service? YES!!

When I found an automatic renewal on my account, I was shocked, as I knew I'd sent a cancelation through the Google Play Store just shy of a year ago. I hadn't been finding any useful information, and felt the cost was not justified. Imagine my surprise when, instead of an email, a lovely young lady phoned me to help with this (rather expensive) billing issue. Companies don't normally call subscribers, so I was impressed with the company's business practice.In discussing the situation, the young lady (I didn't catch her name) helped work through the situation with me, and helped me understand where the error lay (a great deal on my part) but was still able to assist me with a partial refund, thanks in part to my current student status.It was a pleasure to work with a company that has such ethical and professional practices as this young lady and My Heritage.
