Sagui in customer services, was so polite, respectful of my needs and offered me some amazing options to help with the difficult situation I'm in.Although I haven't been able to spend much time on the site, when I did, I found it easy to navigate and found it to be fairly self explanatory. Plus, there are assist tools available to help guide you with your tree. If there are any updates or possible links then you receive an email. I also think it is well worth taking the DNA test.
