Site isn't intuitive. Continuously having my account disabled because I open too many tabs of newspaper articles in my computer while researching. Have had to email several times to re-enable my account. Find a better way to police users "sharing their accounts." I am not and simply trying to research and the site isn't allowing me to efficiently. This site has great resources of newspapers to research but is not user friendly.
