I RAN AWAY from Ionos, after their completely horrendous and misleading service. So far, my experience with Namecheap has lived up to why I switched. The customer service not only exists, but works, and has worked efficiently. Where I've had any confusion or challenges, there has been someone to take ownership and guide the issue to a solution. I have no complaints, and I hope it remains this way.
