Absolutely horrible customer service my heat still doesn’t work after two hours of being on the phone with three customer service reps. I asked for a manager they told me they cannot give me one. And nobody understands English because they did not hear anything I was saying and they continuously repeated the same thing over and over again. No resolution whatsoever.
