Installed nest thermostat and in 10 months stopped connecting. I have spent hours on the phone ‘troubleshooting’. Google will not send a replacement unless I now get an electrician to hardwire the thermostat. This was not what I purchased it for . They will also not escalate the case to speak to anyone past the customer service team. Horrendous customer service and product
