I had a problem with a graphics card about six months after purchase. I didn’t think to reach out to Newegg first, but instead went to the manufacturer who initially said they would replace it but then said the warranty was expired. I was disappointed with the company’s response, I did see on their website warranty for one year with authorized distributors so I then reached out to Newegg to see if they could help me. I was connected to a pleasant customer service rep through the online chat. She was able to retrieve my order information and arrange for return and full refund in only a few minutes time. I had to email back and forth over two weeks with Asrock only to have my warranty request rejected. I appreciate Newegg’s commitment to their customer even when the product manufacturer wouldn’t.
