The absolute worst nightmare I have experienced. I had issues with the computer I just bought. I sent the computer back at my cost 💲 35 they had an issue with the passcode. I would write to them trying to figure what to do. They would give you a time frame of when the seller has to respond before they step in. Literally in 3 months Ive gotten 3 emails from the seller the exact time before the claim was closed. On the 7th day. That way New Egg doesn’t have to pay. They keep tossing you back and forth for one month. Instead they of just getting on the phone to figure out what they weren’t doing. I have called them both like crazy. 1 month later I receive my still damaged computer. They want me to open it and send back at my expense. These companies are corrupt. They prevented me from keeping my job because I didn’t have a computer. This company has wreaked serious serious havoc on my life. I’m devastated. I can’t afford the shipping to send it back. Its all a game. Over my $1000. If you purchase from this them after reading this. You really do need your head examined. If you have had a bad experience contact the Better Business Bureau. They already have many claims against them and are about to take necessary actions.
