Review Time
Properly a great tool for us but we could not get it installed on our server as 2 senior supporters at our hosting company were not able to install it and they tried multiple times.So, I wanted to send NewRelic an email about it but there was no way to do this on newrelic.com so I looked for a support ticket option but only found their open community. I placed a ticket (id 156048) there about the problem but have still not gotten an answer.
