Absolutely Unacceptable – Still No Invoices After Repeated Requests!

I have asked multiple times for copies of my invoices, and the fact that this issue is STILL unresolved is beyond frustrating. It's been an unreasonable amount of time, and their failure to provide such basic documentation is forcing me personally into a difficult legal and financial position. As a business owner, I rely on proper documentation for every transaction. This isn't a favor—it's a legal requirement. I have been more than patient, but enough is enough. The lack of professionalism here is absolutely shocking. If I don’t receive the invoices immediately, I will have no choice but to escalate this further and take legal action to protect myself and my company. This has been a completely unacceptable experience. I would strongly advise others to think twice before working with a company that can’t even deliver something as basic as an invoice.

Very bad Customer Support!

They don't support features of PHP 8, their software broke our application. But they insist on charging me for the whole year, even though the software does not work right (yes, you do have hidden disclaimers about this, shows just how uncool you are!)Very uncool, there are much better and cheaper alternatives out there!

I've had a trial once

I've had a trial once, they just won't stop spamming me. Can't opt out, no matter how much I ask them to stop. Had to block their entire domain. Unprofessional fools.

Garbage

Garbage website. Email you once a day to complain that you have gone over your data limit and promise you 1-1 calls to help, but no help is available if you follow up on the call. Their docs are completely unrelated to their system which they update and break each day. The graphs of my data are really cool, but because of their data issues, I can see them one day a month. Constantly promise the ability to manage and edit data if you pay them and sign up, but they don't have the features. Only some random NRQL???

Cancelled a contract with an annual…

Cancelled a contract with an annual commitment. I would expect it to end when the term is up. No, what actually happens is they cut you off straight away and charge you the full amount for the term. Absolute crooks. Avoid.

Broken login session system

New Relic has a broken login session system and they refuse to fix it.Each time the browser is opened I have to login. And every 4:th time I get a disturbing page about "Active session limit reached" where I manually have to delete one of the 3 previous sessions to continue. This flawed and quite unique session handling is because of security reasons according the support. The browser has the cookies expiration time set to "session" - which is until you close it, but the server keeps all sessions until they are manually deleted and limits the quantity of them.Basically this page forces the users to handle the session garbage collecting on their own. Outrageous. The response from the support? This is a feature. Manually log out from the web page before you close the browser - on a modern web page In 2023.The real solution they should apply is quite simple. If you want to keep the login requirement on each browser restart and the session limit then silently close the oldest session. If the browser detects that the session has been closed then put up a warning and then redirect the user to the front page.

Pricing is outragegous, customer support nonexistent

New Relic might be a great tool but unfortunately this is a overpriced service with a lack of customer support.Support is nonexistent. There is no ticketing system and only forum support. Nobody from their tech team replies to your emails. However, to be said, we had a friendly sales person who did the job of their tech support team. So sales is great, tech support nonexistent. Our website goes down, and we can still find no clue in New Relic. Also, the setup is difficult, and its not easy to make sense of all that data if you are not a crack engineer.Basic User is useless. My developer cannot access the relevant information to debug our website. Why would anybody be interested in basic user access when there is no useful information to access????My developer would need a Full User Access, but for this they charge $99 in addition per Full User.I mean the data is there and the data is mine. It would be in their interest that more people will use their platform. Paying $99 for one additional user with no support, come on, are you crazy? From a paid plan I expect that i can find data why my website goes down and that information can be shared easily within my team. That should be the plan for $30-50 per month.Happy to revise my review if that issue is resolved.

Worst customer service

I was supposed to get a refund and they refused for no reason. I would avoid using this company at all costs.
