The NFL’s terrible Customer Service and Pay system.

So I was slightly disappointed that NFL + was a flop and not quite what was promised. The only being able to watch games in your area playing didn’t bother me super bad, however I was double-charged and they refused me my refund! I had proof of both payments they took, one my my Google Pay and one from my PayPal. So I used the same account on my tv (hooked to my PayPal) and my phone (hooked through my Google pay). So without letting me know, they decided to charge both payment places within 12 hours of each other and then I sent in the refund request (considering both payments were charged to the same account and email I assumed it would be a no brainer). They were quick to send me the email, stating they needed info and pictures of the receipts and account info, I happily gave them all the info, with receipts and bank account statements of the payments. It had been nearly 30 days and nothing back from them, and then they sent me an email saying my request had been denied without a reasoning! I would give the actual service itself a C+ due to the quality of the service, it froze a decent amount, but was decent. However, due to the terrible customer service, I would give them something worse than an F, these are hard enough times without services doing shady things like this, and having no valid customer support that can actually give you at least some reasoning as to why I was double charged and not given a refund. Terrible experience overall, I wouldn’t recommend to anyone. If anyone needs verification of my scenario, leave a comment under mine and I’ll give you screenshots and time stamps of everything.
