Handling my warranty for new switch

I live in thailand. My Nintendo Switch was 2 months old and the port failed. It took me a long time to reach the 3rd party provider they use for handling warranty fixes (they are called Synnex).Currently been waiting 7 days and no progress report on the fix. So let’s see.I’ve owned PlayStations and Xbox before without ever having these issues… let’s see how Synnex handle this and hopefully we stay with Nintendo.
