Very incompetent agents. I was asking the support for a refund on a game I purchased as it was very glitchy. The agent told me that I could get a refund but I won't be able to play that game anymore. I didn't want to lose my game progress and in hopes that the game company fixes these glitches in future updates so I asked the agent to NOT do the refund. They still did it and my game progress is gone now. I don't know why such a big company has so under trained support agents.
