I bought a oculus back in March 2021…

I bought a oculus back in March 2021 and it went bad in September so I contacted customer service they said to send it back to them and they would fix or send me a replacement. I sent back everything my headset , controllers, and charger. Well they sent me back the headset but nothing else so now it’s been like pulling teeth to get them to send me back my controllers and charger I keep getting we are working on it and when I follow up I get the same thing we are working on it and email the guy who is working on my case and he never contacts me back .
