When they are selling to international customer, it can be shipped anywhere within the US. But when an international customer is trying to claim warranty, by providing a US frieght forwarding address to receive the stuff. The customer say that freight forwarding address in US is not considered as an address thus cannot be shipped.Seriously what kind of joke is this? I'm not asking them to ship outside of the US, but they don't recognize a US freight forwarding company address as a address in US?International consumer please be aware, your item bought out of the US is simply dead if you wanted to claim warranty.So much money they poured into designing the system and devices, but yet zero money is setup for smarter customer service.Extremely disappointed with how customer service and warranty is handled by such a big company.
