OTTO , the Worst online shopping experience

I had the worst online shopping experience in my LIFE with OTTO. I purchased a golden ring in Augest.2021. I'm still waiting to get 80.22 euros back in my bank account. This is the worst shopping experience I've ever had! I ordered on 08/30/2021, no news from my order until November! Then in November OTTO switched the status from shopping to sending the goods via Hermes! I've waited many days to hear from Hermes Post, but nothing !!! I even call Hermes and gave them my address, but incredibly, the status of my shopping suddenly changed to: return the goods to the seller !!! And now it's been over 2 months since I'm waiting to get my money back on this frustrating shopping and got nothing !!!!!!So so so disappointing!!
