I've ordered the Panasonic DP-UB824EGK 4K BluRay Player on 02.12.2020, I haven't received it yet!I don't trust this company at all, they send emails that they can't ship and postponed it to April 2021 which is ridiculous.If you don't have the item in stock, remove it from your website instead of misleading customers.I don't believe the reviews here are genuine, because their customer service isn't good at all.
