If I can rate 0 star, I would like to make it. Only one word: terrible.I ordered a mirror. After nearly 6 weeks of waiting it, I could not receive the product because Hermes could not find our address. The woman who works for Otto called me and offered me to order that mirror again. OK fine. I order it and after 2 weeks they sent to me the E-mail again and said the mirror is not available. Total nearly 2 months I have no mirror. I was very angry. If they can not sell it, just tell me the first time. After nearly 2 months of waiting, we have no mirror at all. So bad service ever
