Cant recover email, it come up saying i needed to set up 2 step authentication the issue i had was I used my finger print on my phone for the password and couldn't remember my password to type, the information i used to recover it was over 20 years old like Xbox I.D ect I cant remember any of it and you cant talk to anyone directly its just websites and bots none help at all, had this email over 20 years and its gone just like that, joke of a company and support cant tell you how frustrated I am and angry
