Outlook has really been a pain in the ass. all the program since the new look has been slow and laggy. recently i tried to get to my mail but i don't have my old phone nuber so to get access i need to fill a questionnaire. i already did this for a mmonth and all the information that only i could know it's not enough to get me access. by far the worst e-mail to have
