Before I bought 2charms,2 pendants and a necklace, their after sales told me just a 5-10mins you can bring your dull items back for a cleaning service. Then I went to the branch in Gurney 3times yet I’m unable to clean just my dull necklace since Dec2022 up until now. Their unfriendly employees told me 6hours due to boutiques traffic . ( They never tell I can put it overnight and get it the next day ) Then I went to the Official customer service to ask if this 6hours is normal, the customer Zee and Karen officially told me at least 3hours ( after all of the arguments not even once the customer service, employee nor after sales apologize to me as the customer.) like we deserve this kind of service…it is a really terrible and bad experience. To new customer I hope you Read all 75% of the bad reviews before you buy.
