would give a zero. what an absolutely horrendous company. I have spent thousands on pandora over the years. Having saved for matching moment hoop earrings for several months I bouht the earrings, saved a bit more and bought two matching feather pendants to match the encklace I had also spent several hundred pounds on before. I was verye xcited to wear them the first time this weekend. They looked lovely. However, two hours later I discovered the earring was open and the catch was borken, it will not do up at all. As a consequence the brand new feather pendant had fallen off and beomce lost. I had no way of knowing this had happended. If it was the catch coming undone then fair enough but it was lost beacuse the earring is faulty. Depsite pandora saying they will rpelace the faulty earring they will not replace the lost fetaher sating their strict policy. I have spoken to two customer service reps whom one of which is meant to be a manager- I do not beleive this to be the case- and the laguage barrier on both contacts has proven an issue. I am not asking for replcement because it was lost I am asking because it waa faulty. I was made a mockeey in thier supposed manger follow up call. This comapny is beyond a joke. I told them I will send back all jewellery I have recent;y purchased for full refund to which they said ok and hung up on me! Total time watsers and sprised at a company this large can not look ater its loyal custoemrs. The cost to replace that feather for them is pennies. Disgusting service.
