Having had a poor experience ordering online from Pandora at Christmas Idecided to give them one more go for a Valentines day gift. Should not have bothered."We aim to have your order ready for you to collect within 2 hours". Order was placed just before store opened this morning at 9.44am. 6 hours later stilĺ no news from Pandora. Rang Trafford Centre store to be informed it can take a few hours to receive order and they will go and take a look shortly to see what orders are pending and when ready they would email me. I interpret this response as meaning we haven't bothered looking at online orders yet today but thanks for reminding us. Why on earth are you teĺing customers that online orders should be ready within 2 hours during store hours if you can't be bothered even looking at the orders. As per my disappointing experience of placing online orders with Pandora for collection i feel let down again and will not be be trusting them again.
